Halal in China

In Chinese, halal food is translated as Qingzhen cai. It is easily found in most major cities because of the large Muslim population in China.

Muslim restaurants & eateries are widely available due to the large number of Muslim migrants from western part of China and abroad. Majority of these restaurants are run by these migrants. In addition, a number foreign halal restaurants are also present to add variety of halal food options for local Chinese & foreigners.
