1. Where can I sign up for the Hui Hui Cultural Association of Singapore Membership?

You can sign up at https://huihui.com.sg/#join-membership

2. I forgot which email address was being used for registration. How do I find out?

Please contact us at info@huihui.com.sg by providing us your full name and contact number.

3. I forgot my password. How to reset?

Please go to https://user.huihui.com.sg/auth/login and click “ Forgot Password?”.

4. When will I get a reminder upon the membership expiry?

Our system will send automatic email reminders to the registered member 30, 15 and 5 days before the expiry date.

5. Will I still get a payment reminder if I make payment after getting the first or second reminder?

No. Once payment is made, our system will stop sending reminders.

6. What would happen if I did not make payment after the final reminder

There will be no more reminders sent and your membership will not be renewed.

7. Can I still renew my membership after it has expired?

Yes, the renewal will count from the account’s expiration date. You can login to the membership portal at https://user.huihui.com.sg/auth/login to click the Renew button and make payment online.

8. Can I register a new membership after the original card has expired?

No, it’s advisable to renew under the original ID by logging in to https://user.huihui.com.sg/auth/login.

9. Can I access my profile to update the details?
